During the school summer vacation, mobile libraries Aulis and Elina do not operate their morning school routes. Evening routes operate as normal from 1–26 June and 3–7 August.
Mobile libraries Aulis and Elina are on summer vacation from 29 June to 31 July.
Mobile libraries will return to their normal schedules from 10 August.
At the moment, some emails sent to Hotmail, Outlook, and Live addresses are not reaching our customers.
The issue is likely due to email service providers tightening their security settings. In such cases, it is advisable to save the library’s email address in your email account’s address book, so that the sender is considered trusted.
The due date reminder is an additional service. The library cannot be held liable, if the due date reminder fails to reach the customer. Customers are individually responsible for keeping track of their due dates.
You can follow the status of your reservations by logging into your customer account in the web library. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service.
We are monitoring the situation and apologize for the inconvenience!
From June 1 onward, access to Kurkimäki Library will be via Kentäntie due to construction work in the yard area. The temporary route is intended to ensure safety and to avoid situations where heavy construction traffic and library customers would cross paths.
The yard work is scheduled to be completed by August 7, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
You can connect your child’s library card to your own account at the web library. This way you can renew your child’s loans without logging into their account.
You will need your own library card number and PIN code, as well as the child’s library card number and PIN code.
Login to the web library using your library card number and PIN code.
In the Your Account section, go to the Library Cards tab.
Click the Link library card / parallel card button (see the picture).
Add a name for the library card (optional), the child’s library card number, and the child’s PIN code. Then click the Save button.
The next time you log in, you can choose the library card you want to use in the Your Account section.
Even if the child’s card is linked to the guardian’s account, you can still log in directly to the child’s own account using the child’s library card number and PIN code.
